    Shipping Information

    Orders placed before 5:30PM EST go to the warehouse the next business day. If any items are out of stock then those items will be forwarded to another distributor for shipping within two business days. Express orders are prioritized so UPS Ground and US Priority Mail often take 2-3 business days to ship and then will be delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the distance the order has to travel. If an order is submitted after Thursday at 8:30pm EST, it will be received at the warehouse to begin processing on Monday morning as the warehouse is closed weekends. That will add days to the potential delivery.

    Please do NOT wait until the last minute to place a large order.

    After you place an order, you will get an invoice number. Use that number to track your order and to use customer service.

    We bill you for ESTIMATED shipping costs. We will credit or bill your wholesale wire transfer account for the difference between the pre-charge estimate and the actual shipping costs in a weekly shipping reconciliation process.

    Important Shipping Charges Information:

    You are billed an estimate on what shipping charges will be, but you will be billed or credited later based on actual shipping costs.

    BEWARE: Large and/or heavy items like expensive products may cost significantly more to ship than what we pre-bill you. We WILL BILL YOU LATER for shipping charges that turn out to be higher. We will also CREDIT if it turns out we over-billed for shipping.

    Most orders are shipped from New Jersey, thus orders shipping to the northeast will be less expensive than ones that ship to the west coast.

    If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped the next day from another warehouse. That invoice number will be the same invoice number with a -2 after it. You will be billed for those additional shipments. If you don't want us to ship back-ordered items, let us know.

    We can not guarantee safe delivery to non-USA countries. European countries are usually no problem. Occasionally some Asian country's customs officials will steal your order, but this happens rarely. Other countries, especially if the country is poor or corrupt, it is possible that your package will be stolen. If you are concerned, you may want to find a company that specializes in shipping into your country. Then have us ship to that company and have them handle final delivery to you.

    Shipping to a military address works very differently than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military and then the military takes over and delivers to the various bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it. Please be aware that the military will also confiscate some items they think are inappropriate. You can find further information on shipping to military addresses at USPS.com. There are many caveats listed there.

    ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original product package with all documentation in order for proper credit.

    If you are disappointed (does not include damage claim) with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original product packaging and documentation required and product MUST be in resalable condition. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION OR IN NON RESALABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE CREDITED.

    If the product is defective, please notify us within 24 hours and return it to us along with the original product packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.

    Damage in shipping that is beyond our control cannot be refunded UNLESS you requested insurance on the shipment. Damage in shipping MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order, so we can begin the claims process. KEEP ALL PACKAGING AND PAPERWORK FOR PROCESSING UPS CLAIMS.

    UPS includes up to $100 insurance on all shipments (additional insurance can be requested at a charge). Credit for items damaged using UPS will be claimed with UPS. Please notify us of any damage and SAVE everything. We will put in the Claim.

    USPS has NO insurance unless you request it. If you did not request insurance and an item is damage, we cannot process a claim. NO refunds on International shipments unless you request Insurance.

    Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and International - Handling Charge is $5.99.
